Appointments

You may contact us at 718-683-5448 or via email at info@mczhangcpa.com to schedule an appointment. Please outline the questions you would like to discuss and provide us with your contact number in your email so that we can get connected with you.

Our consultation fee is $100 per hour. The fee should be paid by Zelle, eCheck, Paypal or credit cards prior to speaking with Mr. Zhang or Ms. Lei. There is a $1 handling fee on each eCheck transaction and 3% service fee charged on the Paypal and credit card payments. No additional service fee will be charged if you use Zelle. Our consultation appointment slots are available from Monday through Thursday, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. For the telephonic appointments, please do not expect a phone call from us (or assume that we are supposed to contact you) on the appointment day you previously requested in the initial email unless the payment has been made and goes through. Please be aware that it takes 2-3 business days to process eCheck and credit card payments.

Please also be advised that one consultation is limited to one family/household, one individual, or one existing/prospective business. The consultation does not cover the topics or questions pertaining to multiple families, friends, or business entities. We encorage you to collect and write down all of your questions before meeting or speaking with us.
